First thoughts after…
I'm twisted…mixed feelings about some elements of the story…but a good book overall.
How distracted did I get?
Fan Girl is an interesting romance. Ali is a fun character. I love her wit and humor. I feel for her and how she's treated by her parents. I enjoyed watching her character grow through the book. Deklan, he's a sexy dominant rock star. It's easy to see why anyone would be his fan girl. The development of the couple apart and together is fun and fascinating. I absolutely fell in love with them. The fan hussies drove me nuts. I know it happens but the blatant hitting on him when he's with someone is annoying. In the end the revenge isn't sweet enough for me. It's all this build up and it's over in less than 2 pages. I would've liked more. The book is steamier than I normally review, however I enjoyed the majority of the book. I did skip some "scenes" to get to the story part after the first few.
I give Fan Girl….
