Teagan and Nick had a one night stand. Nick walked away and has forever regretted it. Teagan hates him. He deserted her and she wants to stay as far away from him as possible even though her heart is screaming another story.
This story is a mix of emotions. It's evident that Teagan and Nick belong together but they can't seem to get it together. It drove me nuts. I did enjoy the flashback to find out what exactly happened between them rather than through their thoughts, though I felt it could be at the beginning of the story instead of popped in, a couple of chapters in. One thing that brought the book down for me was the extremely explicit language. However if that doesn't bother you then you'd enjoy Coming Apart at the Seams.
