Manwhore. That's what the board of directors—and the tabloids—thinks of billionaire bachelor Reese Crane. Ordinarily he couldn't care less, but his playboy past is preventing the board from naming him CEO of Crane Hotels. Nothing—and no one—will keep him from his life's legacy. They want a settled man to lead the company? Then that's exactly what he'll give them.
Merina Van Heusen will do anything to get her parents' funky boutique hotel back—even marry cold-as-ice-but-sexy-as-hell Reese Crane. It's a simple business contract—six months of marriage, absolute secrecy, and the Van Heusen is all hers again. But when sparks fly between them, their passion quickly moves from the boardroom to the bedroom. And soon Merina is living her worst nightmare: falling in love with her husband.
Reese is known as a manwhore and he's about to lose his spot as CEO of his family's hotel chain due to the publicity this has drawn for the media. He has a plan and he's going to convince Merina to marry him and appear settled down until he's named CEO. Merina found out she's about to lose the one thing she loves most after her parents, their family hotel. The only way to keep it in the family is to go through with Reese's cockamamie scheme.
I loved every second of Reese and Merina's story. Their chemistry is explosive, indisputable and ready to combust at the drop of a hat. I love Merina's spunk, sense of humor and passion. Reese, though he drove me a bit nuts he's one hottie mctottie that has a gentle heart even though he doesn't believe it. Even though he's forced Merina in this situation he hates when he thinks he'd hurt her in any way. Sexy, sensitive and tough alpha to the exterior he's perfect to add to your list of book boyfriends. I was so wrapped up in their story I finished it in a day and The Billionaire Bachelor fast became my favorite Jessica Lemmon book. If you enjoy a bad boy turns good romance that is so sexy it will have you fanning steam from your reading device, then I highly recommend The Billionaire Bachelor.
