I loved Carol and Mathias' story. They play off each other perfectly and compliment one another. She's his defender and he's her rock. They're made to help each other become whole again. Not to mention this story also has Carol's sister, Violet's hea mixed in and their stories flowed together seamlessly. Their sisterly bond and love for each other is amazing to see when stories are trending the opposite way.
This story hits you right in the feels. Every single feeling you could have. I can't wait for the next book to see who will be next in this fun group of friends in Happily Inc.
