So when Lucifer accidentally bumps into a mortal woman who makes him rethink the wisdom of not applying for that maintenance position in Purgatory, it's a roller coaster ride. Love can make anyone crazy. And Lucifer is determined to see if he can make it snow in Hell if it will polish up his wings enough to win the girl and get himself fired.
First thoughts after…
Man oh man…I can't wait for the next book!
How distracted did I get?
Devil to pay is a fun, crazy and awesome RomCom! I love Jayne and her quirky sense of humor. I was swooped up and riding a roller coaster through the story with her and I loved every minute! Luke, Lucifer…well, let's just say he's a handsome Devil! ;) Luke is definitely hottie mctottie material and he's funny, sweet and charming. I love the poker games he has with all the Archangels. They are hilarious! Azreal, I would love to see more of him. Angel of Death or not he has HUGE potential and the looks to rival most hottie mctotties! Devil to Pay is definitely a book I would recommend to romcom readers!
I give Devil to Pay…

Your assessment is correct. I think that Renee Bernard could elaborate further on each of the Archangels and give each one of them a romance. It was just fun reading and I hope that Renee's present fans will read this one, too.
ReplyDeleteIndeed! It's the beginning of a great new series.
