Keep On Loving You was my first of Christie Ridgeway novels and she did not disappoint.  Mac's was thrown from her happy life when Zan left her 10 years ago.  The only thing keeping her from moving on were the post cards he kept sending her, giving her hope for his return.  Now, he's back and only temporarily and Mac tries to keep herself as distant as possible.
I loved Mac though she's got a tough exterior, (with good reason) she has a heart of gold.  She's the matriarch since the loss of her family and she feels the need to hold it together for the sake of everyone around her no matter the circumstance. Zan blew into town and threw her whole world for a loop and started cracking the walls she's built around her.  Zan has a good heart as well and he needs to learn to let people in after the horrible accident that killed his whole family.  They are unable to resist the magnetic connection between them.  Keep On Loving you is a story about true love, redemption and learning to trust your heart.
