Ann is potentially facing a lot of jail time thanks to her manager who was running a scam through her Chocolate store.  He's taken off and left her in the lurch and to blame for everything.  She has to turn to the last place she ever wants.  Eric, local lawyer, and the one guy who's humiliated her repeatedly.  

Eric has only been in love with one girl since he was a teen, Ann. He's determined to help her through this jam and convince her he's the ONE for her, including convincing her he wants a bad boy makeover.

Eric is so sweet throughout the story. Even when he was thrown curve balls left and right he was determined to prove Ann innocent.  Ann aggravated me a bit determined to believe what she heard from a distance in high school rather than asking Eric or letting the past go.  If you enjoy a fun and sweet story about true love conquering all, then I highly recommend Stealing the Bachelor.
