Enter Alex, hot headed and on community service because he was a bit hot headed on a fire scene. The last place he wants to be is volunteering at a soup kitchen while he should be fighting fires. The one woman he can't touch because she's the captain's daughter, but wants to so bad turns out to be his supervisor.
From page one Zoe and Alex had me wrapped right up in their reckless bubble. The attraction between the two is scorching. Alex is a great alpha male that makes sure those he works with and cares for have back up. Zoe is tenacious, fun and caring. She does what she loves even though she feels she has no support system to back her. Reckless is an addictive read with a ton of heart that will leave you ready for the next book in the story.
