SuperMOM Sunday #2

Today I’m featuring Elisabeth Davis!  She has some awesome looking dog books!

Elisabeth Davis is a retired college English professor who began to dabble in watercolors while still teaching. Her gentle and hopeful books combine her love of children, storytelling, painting, and animals. The true story of her son and daughter-in-law's shelter dog Harley inspired her to create a children's book about this wonderful agility champion.
Elisabeth donates all her author proceeds to animal rescue charities.
Davis' book Harley, The Throwaway Puppy, has been featured in the AKC Canine Partners 2011 newsletter, the Charlotte (NC) Observer, the LifewithDogs.tv website, GoodReads, and in local news.
Her newest book is Mo, A Throwaway Puppy Story, based on Harley's little brother, who also became an agility champion.

Abandoned as a pup.....
Rescued by love...
To become a champion.
A true story.

Harley, The Throwaway Puppy, is the true story of an abandoned dog who became an agility champion through the love of her family. Watercolor illustrations by the author follow her from the shelter to her first competition.

All proceeds from the sale of this book benefit animal rescue charities.

Harley, The Throwaway Puppy, shows that we can overcome setbacks and challenges, poor starts, and bumps along the road if we have the love and support of our family and friends, just as the real Harley did. Yes, she has agility titles galore, but she was always a champion in her family’s eyes, even if she had never won a thing. Her family saw what Harley needed most: love.

Bring Harley home today!
